This is the equivalent of the scanner in dentistry.
It allows for a more accurate diagnosis compared to conventional X-rays: endodontic and periodontal infections are visualized, and in the case where implant treatment is considered, the available bone volume can be evaluated, as well as the ideal position of the implants compared to future restorations, through the use of a radiological guide.
