The right central incisor has a root fracture and must be replaced by an implant. A planning of the implant treatment is carried out: the implant is positioned exactly in the axis of the future crown.
A surgical guide is then printed to place the implant on the patient exactly as we planned on the images.
Post-operative image of the beam cone, to compare with the image of the planning.
The implant is placed to replace the right central incisor, and a provisional crown is fixed the day of the intervention.
3 months later, a zirconia abutment is transferred to the implant.
Postoperative image: thanks to the ideal positioning of the implant, the gingiva remained at the same level as in the preoperative image.
Clinical realization:
Docteur David BAKHOUCHE
